How do I get my tickets?
Instantly by email with QR codes. Show on your phone or print.
Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. You may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost up to Sept 30, 2025 via your confirmation link.
Is there a dress code?
Boots and Gowns Attire. Layers recommended for evening temps.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 5:30 PM. VIP reception begins 6:00 PM. Program at 6:30 PM.
Where is parking and is it included?
On‑site parking available; Reserved Parking add‑on is limited and near the entrance. Otherwise, first‑come, first‑served general parking.
What’s included with VIP?
Priority seating in the front section, meet & greet + photo with speakers/band, signed keepsake, pre‑event VIP reception with light apps & drinks, and VIP badge/lanyard.
I’m buying a table—how do I submit guest names?
You can upload a list at checkout or via the link in your confirmation email any time before Sept 27.

Refunds: All sales final; transfers permitted until Sept 30, 2025.
Weather: Rain or shine; event is planned with covered/contingency areas.
Photo/Video Release: By attending, you grant permission to be photographed/filmed for event media.
Code of Conduct: Respectful, family‑friendly environment. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
